A 12-BORE PERCUSSION DOUBLE BARRELLED SPORTING GUN BY NEEDLER, CIRCA 1850, no visible serial number, with 28" skelp twist barrels, platinum plugs to breeches, bar-action locks foliate engraved and decorated with scenes of gamebirds, and bearing retailers name 'NEEDLER', iron mounted walnut stock with traces of chequering to wrist, ramrod missing.
Provenance: The retailer was William Needler established in Hull circa 1845 to 1870.
